서비스 약관Terms of Service
Tessera(이하 "서비스")에 접속·이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 동의하지 않으시면 서비스를 이용하지 마세요.
1. 서비스 성격
본 서비스는 취미·프로토타입 성격의 무료 멀티플레이 게임으로, "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 기능·월드·가용성은 사전 공지 없이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
이용자는 계정 자격 증명을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 본인 계정에서 발생한 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
3. 허용되지 않는 행위
- 치트·핵·익스플로잇·자동화 봇 사용, 서버 무결성 훼손.
- 타인 괴롭힘, 혐오·불법·유해 콘텐츠 게시(채팅 등).
- 서비스 과부하 유발, 무단 접근 시도, 타인 사칭.
4. 운영 권한
운영자는 약관 위반·부정행위 시 사전 통지 없이 계정 정지·차단, 데이터 초기화, 월드 리셋을 할 수 있습니다.
5. 면책
서비스는 명시적·묵시적 보증 없이 제공됩니다. 운영자는 데이터 손실, 진행 상황 소실, 서비스 중단 등으로 인한 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 변경
본 약관은 수시로 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 후 계속 이용 시 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

This is a free, hobby/prototype multiplayer game provided "as is". Features, the world, and availability may change or stop at any time without notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Unacceptable use
- Cheating, hacking, exploits, automation/bots, or otherwise harming server integrity.
- Harassing others or posting hateful, illegal, or harmful content (e.g. in chat).
- Overloading the service, attempting unauthorized access, or impersonating others.
4. Operator rights
The operator may suspend or ban accounts, reset data, or reset the world — without prior notice — in response to violations or abuse.
5. Disclaimer of warranty & liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for data loss, lost progress, downtime, or other damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
These terms may be revised from time to time; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
